My laptop comes on but the screen is blank. The lights are lighting and the fan is running.what could be the problem?
It would be more helpful if you can indicate:
1. blank means black, white or blue screen?
2. What happened during the "booting" process, i.e. since the computer is turned on. Did you see any messages (whether you are able to decipher them or not).
3. Have you tried plugging an external screen to the laptop to see if it works?
4. Check the screen configuration at the setup menu, if you know how that can be done.
