You would have to multiply 360 and 3 to get to 960. So that means for every minute, that the air balloon descends (360 feet) the total that it will descend will end up being 960 feet in just three minutes. Once you had changed the altitude it should be -960.

For everyone who is confused about how the 960 became -960 is that:
360=the rate it's going at
3=the time it's going at
360 * 3=960
but the question says it is descending so it would become a Negative
