I have no more than five books in my bag.

I need to write an inequality for this,

x<5 ?

I'm having a hard time remembering these inequalities. DO you know of a site on the internet for me to practice?

x≤5

x is less than or equal to.

Thanks!!!

Thanks too.

You're welcome, Shane/Corey.

I just printed ine of them. 5 pages. Helpful thanks and I saved the other site.

Good idea! :-)

To write an inequality representing the given situation, you can use the inequality symbol "<" to indicate that the number of books (x) in your bag is less than 5.

The inequality representing the condition "I have no more than five books in my bag" would be:

x < 5

This inequality reads as "x is less than 5," where x represents the number of books in your bag.
