Hey I want to shorten this paragraph out which tells what Raynaud's is, can anyone please simplify it and make it shorter thanks?

Raynaud's disease occurs when the small arteries (arterioles) that serve the fingers, toes, ears, or nose go into spasm. When arterioles go into spasm, they cut off blood supply and cause digits (fingers and toes) or the tips of the ears or nose to turn white or blue and lose feeling.

I want to know what Raynaud's basically is. I know that blood flow is stopped to the fingers and toes, because blood vessels tighten or something when they are exposed to cold, and there are other factors as well.

I have Raynaud's Phenomenon. As far as I know the only downside is the inconvenience it offers, especially in the cooler months of the year, when I spend a lot of time trying to get circulation back into my fingers. No problem with toes, ears, or nose.
