Sports : Softball

I am always in sports. i have been playing softball lately and my arm starts to hurt when i throw sometimes it get so bad that the pain goes to my elbow. i can say it is noticing when i play that i am not throwing as hard as i can and then i git yelled at for not throwing hard what is wrong with my arm.
