Vo = 3.8 m/s.
d = 4.7 m.
F = 10 N.

F = m*a
a = f/m = 10/8 = 1.25 m/s^2.

V^2 = Vo^2 + 2a*d
V^2 = (3.8)^2 + 2.5*4.7 = 26.19
V = 5.1 m/s = Final velocity.
