Air pressure decreases as altitude increases

^ which one goes on the horizontal axis and which one goes vertical axis? how did you choose this scale? (This is for a line graph)

    altitude on the horizontal axis and pressure on vertical because the independent variable always goes on the horizontal axis, and in this case pressure changes depending on the altitude.
