Is this correct answer?

x ^ 3  48 x  128 = ( x  8 ) ( x + 4 ) ^ 2
Solutions : x =  4 and x = 8
x ^ 3  12 x + 16 = ( x  2 ) ^ 2 ( x + 4 )
Solutions : x =  4 and x = 2
