I am working on quadratic equations and I have worked a problem down to 3 plus or minus the square root of 361 all over 2... what next?

    (3 +or- sq.root 361)/2
    (3 +or- 19)/2
    From here you get the 2 following equations:
    (3+19)/2 = 11
    (3-19)/2 = -8
