I need help coming up with a deductive syllogism (general to specific)
The conclusion is: Therefore, driving age must be raised.
I need a major and a minor premise for it...

    The incidence of traumatic brain and spinal chord injury is highest in 17-24 year olds.

    Traumatic brain and spinal chord injury is caused in traffic accidents.

    The driving age should be raised to 25 to avoid having our youth suffering from these traumas!
