What effect does glucose 6 phosphate have on cellular respiration?

I am doing a bio lab using a respirameter (sp?) and am trying to come up with a question to test. I am testing the respiration of germinating seeds and was thinking something along the lines of "How does different concentrations of Glucose 6 Phosphate effect the respiration of the germinating seeds?"

    How DO different....

    Good question, run the experiment!
