Write slopeintercept equation
Passing through the points (6,9) and (0,8)
I think it's this just making sure:
M=(8(9))/(0(6)) =17/6
Y= 17/6x+36/6
Y=17/6x6
M=17/6 and Y=6

(6,9), (0,8).
m = (8+9)/(0+6) = 17/6.
Y = mx + b
(17/6)*0 + b = 8
b = 8.
Y = (17/6)x + 8.
