Find the slope of the line passing through the points (0, -4) and (-6, 7).

  • JD -

    slope=deltay/deltax=(7+4)/(-6)

  • math -

    (change in y)/(change in x)
    = [7 -(-4)] / [-6 - 0]
    = -11/6
