A group of 132 students chose baseball and soccer as their favorite sports in the ratio of 3:8. How many students chose soccer as their favorite sport?

    to match up the students, there must be 11 in each section

    132/11 = 12, so there are 12 sections

    12*3:12*8 = 36:96
