What is the scale factor if a 8.9 m object appears as 6.5 cm in a picture?

8.9 m = 890 cm
so scale = 6.5 : 890
= 65 : 8900
= 13 : 1780
= 1 : 136.923 , some people insist that the smallest component of the ratio must be 1
