A 0.05 kg paper drag racer is launched at a speed of 33 m/s. If the launcher is 4.8 kg, at what speed does the launcher move in the opposite direction?

  • Physics -

    Use conservation momentum

    0.05*33 = 4.8*v

Solve for v, the speed of the launcher
