If an object wishes to travel 165 km at a rate of 45 mi/hr...how long will it take the object to reach their destination in hours and minutes.

Distance and speed will have to be in the same length units. Let's choose miles.
165 km = 102.55 miles.
Time = (Distance)/Speed = 102.55/45
= 2.28 hours
That's 2 hours and 17 minutes
