Describe the steps in the process by which nitrogen from fertilizer used on farmlands located many miles away ends up in the Mississippi River

First, Nitrogen fertilizers from farms are washed into rivers. Then, from there it travels into it is evaporated. next, it rains sending the nitrogen into other water sources such as the missipi river. last it ends up down here in Louisiana.
