Sentences with the same meaning.

- If only you told me about the cheap flights to Italy

c) Thanks to the skill of the surgeon, the child survived.
- If it hadn't been a good skilled surgeon, the child doesn't survive.

d) Let us know if you have second thoughts.
- If you should have second thoughts let us know.

Can you tell me whether these sentences are right in content and grammar??
