How much L and concentration of NaOH do i need to neutralize 500 L 22% HCL?

You will need as many mols of NaOH (M x L = mols) as you have of HCl. How many mols HCl do you have? I see 500 L of 22% HCl. I suppose that's 22% w/v. That means 22g/100 mL sol or 22 x (500/100) = 22 x 5 = 110 g HCl in the 500 mL. That's 110/36.5 = ? mols HCl.
