the function f(x)=4/x7 is one to one
a. find the inverse of f
b. graph f, f^1, and y=x on the same set of axes
find the inverse of f
f^1(x)=

y = 4/x  7
x = 4/(y+7)
so, f(x) = 4/x  7
f^1(x) = 4/(x+7)
do the graphs here:

If yu meant y = 4/(x7), of course, things are different.
