A boy is throwing a stone from the top of a building. It takes projectile motion and returns to the ground. How to calculate the height of buiding?
1 answer
Measure the time it takes to reach the ground when dropped. If it is thrown up or down, you will have to specify the launch velocity and angle also. Then use the appropriate formula for altitude vs. time, which I assume you know.
