What happens if you attempt to recover CaCO3 by adding 3M H2SO4 instead of 3M HCI to a Si)2/CaCO3 residue?
1 answer
This won't answer your question because I'm confused about the question. Adding H2SO4 will ppt CaSO4; however, I don't think you can recover CaCO3 by adding HCl.
