What is the center and radius of the circle with the following equation: (x  4)2 + (y + 3)2 = 100
A.)c=(2,0),r=1 B.)c=(4,3),r=10
C.)c=(2,2),r=5

clearly the radius is 10, so there is one such answer in your choices.
