The entire class was in an uproar.The teaching assistant had proctored the exam while the professor was attending a conference,and the test seemed unrelated to the chapters that they had studied.The students'complaints are based on the test's lack of:

    What is validity? Why was the prof at a conference? Why did the students study the wrong material?

  • Psychology -

    Yes, it lacked validity. I don't know why the prof was at the conference, but continuing education is typical required for most college teaching positions. The problem might be that the TA just grabbed the wrong set of tests.
