A 6.25 kg solid ball with a radius of 0.185 m rolls without slipping at 3.55 m/s. What is its total kinetic energy?

I didn't understand what the last person gave me for help can someone please help me!

  • Physics -

    KE = KE (translational) + KE (rotational)=
    =m•v²/2 + I•ω²/2 =
    = m•v²/2 +(2/5)•(m•R²/2)•(v²/R²) =
    =0.7• m•v².
