Dear Charles - Break this up into separate questions.

    1) Discuss the nature of the corruption. Is it political? Violent?

    2) Discuss the cause of the corruption.
Is it based on religion? Is it stemming from one leader? Is it lack of money/food/basic necessities?

    3) Discuss different forms of corruption. Is it political dishonesty? Personal scandal? Violence based on racism?

4)Discuss means of eradicating and controlling corruption. How could we (they) possibly eliminate the corruption? Will it take new law? Leaders? UN involvement?

I hope this has helped you!
