use the binomial theorem to expand the binomial
(x5)^6

row 6 is
1 6 15 20 15 6 1
1 x^6 5^0 = x^6
6 x^5(5)^1 = 30x^5
15 x^4(5)^2 = 15*25 x^4 = 375 x^4
20 x^3 (5)^3 = 20*125 x^3 = 2500 x^3
etc then add them up
