I need help with this problem as there is no Y in the equation

it's just the vertical line x=7/2
Don't forget the axes, x=0, y=0. Not every line has both x and y in its formula.
All you need to do is plot two points, say, (7/2,0) and (7/2,1)
It doesn't matter what value y has, x=7/2. If you can find two points with 7/2 for the x-coordinate, just connect them to draw the line.
