how do you make this into an equation?
whats the x and y intercept?

She has two jobs, at her first job she makes $10 per hour, at her second job she makes $12 per hour. last week she made $440.

  • Algebra -

    10 x + 12 y = 440

    if x = 0, that is the y axis intercept
    12 y = 440
    y = 36 2/3 hours

    if y = 0 , that is the x axis intercept
    10 x = 440
    x = 44
