    How many grams are in the HCl concd soln? That is 1000 mL x 1.18 g/mL x 0.37 = approximately 437 g/L
    To make 10% soln (you don't say how much) you want 10 g HCl in 100 g soln. Other amounts can be prepared accordingly.
