Just two more things. I can't find a proper verb to include in 1.

1) Can I officially inform the parents about the existing cooperation between our schools, which will be accomplished (??)through various projects?
2)
As I wrote you or as I wrote to you in my previous email?
3) My sister lives in Rome and would really like his thirteen-year-old daughter and fourteen-year-old boy to attend such a summer course at your school for two weeks. She would also like to know if it would be possible for her to spend two weeks there on her own.
4) Could you please tell me how much the price for their accommodation would be?
