what is the most suitable shape for a fishing boat? and what kind of engine should the boat use???

    That seems to be a matter of opinion.

    Google "best fishing boat type" and you will get a long list of opinions. Dories remain very popular for seas that can be rough. Popular outboard brands are Honda and Yamaha. Horsepower depends upon size and how fast you want to go.
