What was the goal of the League for Non-Violent Civil Disobedience Against Military Segregation? Did they succeed?

Answer :The goal of the Nonviolent Civil Disobedience Against Military Segregation was to urge young men, both black and white, to refuse to cooperate with a Jim Crow conscription service.

That is my answer to the first question but I don't know if they succeeded or not.
