calculate speed of 8.0 times 10 to the 4th kilogram airliner with a kinetic energy of 1.1 times 10 to the 9th jewles

.5 (8 * 10^4) v^2 = 1.1 * 10^9 JOULES
4 v^2 = 1.1 * 10^5
v^2 = .275 * 10^5
v^2 = 2.75 * 10^4
v = 1.66 * 10^2 = 166 meters/second
