solve the inequality in the complex number system.
x^4+x^3+4x^2+10x60=0

y = (x+3)(x2)(x^2+ 10)
I guess you can read off the roots from that, eh?
As for the inequality, I don't see one. Generally you cannot order complex numbers anyway.
