    what if 3 2/5???

should I change the mixed number to a improper fraction by multipling the 3x5=15 then add 15+2=17, then 17/5 as the improper fraction. Then convert 17/5 = ?/100, divide 5 into 100 =20. then multiply 17x20=340.

    So the percent is 340%?
