multiply and simplify

3a^8/4t^2*16t^4/9a

I have the answwer as 4a^7t^2/3t^2

it must be 4a^7t^2/3 (remove the t^2 from the denominator)

Sounds like another good metnal exercise! Those who say they don't enjoy math are often those who have a hard time connecting the math they learn in school with the practical applications of math in real life. Being able to recognize sequences, patterns and relationships in our everyday interactions is how we make math real , and more fun! Math is everywhere, and you don't need to look to hard to find it!

To multiply and simplify the expression (3a^8/4t^2) * (16t^4/9a), follow these steps:

Step 1: Multiply the numerators and denominators separately.

Numerator: 3a^8 * 16t^4 = 48a^8t^4
Denominator: 4t^2 * 9a = 36at^2

Step 2: Simplify the resulting fraction by canceling out any common factors between the numerator and denominator.

48a^8t^4 / 36at^2

Step 3: Divide any common factors between the numerator and denominator.

Both 48 and 36 can be divided by 12, and a^8 can be divided by a. Also, t^4 can be divided by t^2.

4a^(8-1)t^(4-2) / 3 * (12a / 12)

Simplified:

4a^7t^2 / 3t^2
