what is 1/3 of 3/2?

is that means multiply??? or devide???

    "Of" means to multiply.

    If you have 4 cookies and give half of them to your friend, you'll have two cookies.

    4 * 1/2 = 4/2 = 2

  • 6th grade math -

    1/3 x 3/2= 3/6. this can be simplified

  • 6th grade math -

    is 2 thirds less then 3 nine
