I divided both sides by 8800 got 15/44= 1+0.025x subtracted each side by 1 then got -29/44=0.025x = -26.36..
Is that right?
-29/44=.025x multiply both sides by 40
-29*40/44=x
x=-29*10/11= -290/11= you are correct.
