To calculate the regular percentage and cumulative percentage, follow these steps:

1. Determine the total quantity. In this case, the total quantity is 500 (258 + 153 + 67 + 22).

2. Calculate the regular percentage for each defect category by dividing the quantity of each defect by the total quantity and multiplying by 100.

- For "Improperly Sized": (258 / 500) * 100 = 51.6%
- For "Bad Seam": (153 / 500) * 100 = 30.6%
- For "Missing Buttons": (67 / 500) * 100 = 13.4%
- For "Fabric Flaw": (22 / 500) * 100 = 4.4%

3. Calculate the cumulative percentage by adding up the regular percentages for each defect category.

- For "Improperly Sized": 51.6%
- For "Bad Seam" + "Improperly Sized": 30.6% + 51.6% = 82.2%
- For "Missing Buttons" + "Bad Seam" + "Improperly Sized": 13.4% + 30.6% + 51.6% = 95.6%
- For "Fabric Flaw" + "Missing Buttons" + "Bad Seam" + "Improperly Sized": 4.4% + 13.4% + 30.6% + 51.6% = 100%

So, the regular percentages for each defect category are:
- "Improperly Sized": 51.6%
- "Bad Seam": 30.6%
- "Missing Buttons": 13.4%
- "Fabric Flaw": 4.4%

And, the cumulative percentages for each defect category are:
- "Improperly Sized": 51.6%
- "Bad Seam": 82.2%
- "Missing Buttons": 95.6%
- "Fabric Flaw": 100%
