Slove for slope and y intercept
4x + 3y=8

Slope of the equation is y=mx+c
Convert given equation to this form
y=(4/3)x +8/4 => y=(4/3)x+2
slope of this is 4/3
Yintercept of the equation is point where x value becomes zero.
put x=0 in the given equation
3y=8 => y=8/3
Yintercept is 8/3
