if perimeter of a square is increased 25%.what will be the increased area %?

area of two circles varies directly as the square of their radii or the square of their perimeters.
so ratio of areas = (1.25)^2 / 1 = 1.5625
it will be 156.25% of the old one.
so the area increases by 56.25%
