Describe the type of manager it would take to operate a tertiary hospital in a major metropolitan area, then compare and contrast to a manager of a small town country hospital. Do they differ?

  • health -

The tertiary Manager probably has a lot of area staff and experts he can count on for support when needed.

The small town country hospital is on his own, and when thing develope, he is on his own.

So, the country manager needs to be a person of imaginative resources. He has to be a good people person...he just cant fire folks when errors occur, as there is no backup.
