I'm not a biochemist; however, you can calculate the M of the K^+ as follows. I don't know if that is the same as the molarity of blood but probably it isn't.

195mg/39.1 = 0195g/39.1 = 0.005 moles
0.005 moles/0.001 L = approximately 5M
