I know that I can do a rough draft, outline, writing exercises, and analyze. Would summerizing,paraphrase, in text citations,organization, cohesion,style, text, leaving myself enough time to complete the paper,read my paper aloud, share with another reader whom I can trust to give me honest feedback, and line edit my paper slowly, sentence by sentence. Would these be consider strategies?

I am not very good at writing papers or this class. I think that these strategies would help me.
