Check your results by solving algebraically:

Eq1: y = 4x+3.
Eq2: y = x-5.
In Eq1, substitute x-5 for y:
x-5 = 4x+3,
x-4x = 3+5,
-3x = 8,
x = -8/3 = -2 2/3.

In Eq2, substitute -8/3 for x:
y = -8/3 - 5, 5 = 15/3,
y = -8/3 -15/3 = -23/3 = -7 2/3.

Solution Set = (-2 2/3,-7 2/3).

The graphing Method is not as accurate as the other methods.
