What is an equation for the function that gives the values in the table?

xl 2 l 3 l 4 l
yl10l13l16l

In other words, x-2, y-10, x-3 y-13, x-4 y-16

  • Math -

    (2,10), (3,13), (4,16).

    Y = mX + b.

    m = (13-10) / (3-2) = 3.

    Y = 3*2 + b = 10,
    6 + b = 10
    b = 4.

    Eq: Y = 3X + 4.
