Write a linear function that satisfies the given conditions:
h(1) = 4, h(0) = 5

y= mx+b
4=m(1)+b
5=m(0)+b
from the second, b=5
y= mx5
now from the first,
4=m(1)5
m=9
y9x5 is the equation of the line
