8) Can "promise" ever be followed by "to + indirect object or indirect object"?
Ex. She promised her mum (to her mum) that she wouldn't tell any more lies.

"by the Watson?" What IS the Watson? "by the Watsons" if it's a family

2. passive = A film was shown to me about Wales.
